I want to rent a house in San Diego by next year

I need to get out of the IE and I don’t want to go to LA and Elizabeth wants to live in SD so I’m down cuz at least I’ll still be near homies and I won’t be trapped in that shit hole valley of the 951.

But I want a house so I can make noise. I need to live somewhere I can make music and be loud and just run thru the house and yell. I have to be able to communicate with myself like that. Can’t do that in apartments.

Thats when I’ll get my hedgehog too!
