First song I heard with compound time. 6th grade or some shit. at the end its in 9/8 as the song fades out which is perfect for the song because its about Ed Gein who wasn’t the 4/4 tempo himself.

This is a beautiful song from beginning to start and I like that Chud (singer) states “Not a serial killer, but a necrophiliac, cannibal, whatever you want to call him - and he had certain things that could be associated with the moon and he did things under the moon light that I think were important to him.”

thats probably one of the more beautiful things about serial killers. They’re just different like that. they do things that most people don’t understand and I think thats why they made it 9/8 tempo in the song. it’s ver very well structured the whole thing.
