I have been having very intense visions in my REM sleep

I’m back home, but im completely different. I dont know what that means. Everything is very real and I am EXTREMELY lucid during these. more so than I have ever been. very aware that its a dream and that I’m in this world. Very cautious though. I think I’m just nervous to see people i haven’t seen in 4 years.

People change, but I hope I haven’t too much…
